Why is there a setup fee if the monthly plan is separate?+
The $199 setup covers building your website and app and training your AI assistant, real work that happens whether you stay one month or five years. The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and support after that.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your site and app are deactivated immediately, but we keep everything safe for 60 days in case you want to come back. After that, it's deleted.
Do I need my own Google Business account?+
Yes, you keep ownership of your Google Business Profile and any ad accounts. We work as a manager on your account, so it's always yours, not ours.
Will this replace the person who runs my Instagram?+
It can, or it can work alongside them, our team plans and posts content, but you're always able to review or add your own posts too.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?+
Yes, anytime. You can add social media management or ad campaigns whenever you're ready, or drop them if you want to handle it yourself.
Can I book a demo?+
